I. Guest reception contract

  • The guest accommodation contract is concluded as soon as the room has been booked and confirmed or if
    a commitment was not possible due to time constraints. The conclusion of the
    guest admission contract obliges the contracting parties to fulfil the contract, regardless of which
    the duration of the contract has been concluded. This contract cannot be unilaterally terminated.

II. provisioning

  • Reserved rooms are available for the guest from 16.00 o’clock. If not expressly a later
    arrival time has been agreed, the hotelier reserves the right to cancel rooms ordered after 18.00 hrs.

3. supplementary agreements

  • Unless another cancellation period has been expressly agreed, the following conditions apply:
    • Cancellation up to 90 days before arrival: complete cancellation possible
    • up to 60 days before arrival: 50% of the agreed price
    • up to 45 days before arrival: 80% of the agreed price
    • up to 10 days before arrival: 90% of the agreed price

IV. Departure

  • The guest is requested to inform the reception of his departure by 10.00 a.m. at the latest. The departure should be

V. Deposits

  • If advance payments requested by the hotel are not received by the requested date (unless the date is specified)

VI. Liabilities from offers

    • The excellent prices are inclusive prices and include service charges.

VII. payment

  • Guest invoices must be paid immediately in cash. All guest accounts are payable weekly.

VIII. invoicing

  • Invoices sent on the basis of previous credit agreements are payable within 7 days. The
    Outstanding amounts exceeding the payment deadline will be paid after a reminder with a monthly default interest of
    8% above the base interest rate valid at the time (per month or part thereof).

IX. Wake-up orders

  • The hotel will endeavour to carry out wake-up orders with the greatest care. Claims for damages from
    omission are however excluded.

X. Lost and found

  • items left behind will only be forwarded on request. The hotel commits itself to a
    Retention period of 6 months. After this time, the objects, provided that their visible value is
    to the local lost property office.

XI. Other

  • Place of performance and jurisdiction: The place of performance shall be the local seat of the hotel.
