Kochsternstunden 2020: Participate and evaluate

Also this year we will demonstrate our culinary skills at the Kochsternstunden. As the runner-up in 2019, we would like to assert ourselves again in the menu competition. Be our guest at Senses Fine Dining and rate our participant menu.

With the following menu selection, the Senses team will participate in Kochsternstunden 2020:

  • Beef tatar – gin | pumpernickel | quail egg
  • Poultry consommé – mushrooms | wild rice | tarragon
  • Goat cheese ravioli – green apple | beetroot
  • Veal – cherry | espresso | carrot | potato
  • Funfair – white nougat | cotton candy | popcorn

What? 3-course menu for 45 € or 5-course menu for 65 €, optionally with appropriate beverage accompaniment.

When? From 06.02. to 14.03.2020 always Thursdays to Sundays on advance booking.

Where? At Senses Fine Dining at the Parkhotel Diani.
